TPF RESOURCES
COMMON DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR INDUSTRY
An essential resource, the Common Delivery Guidelines for Industry (CDGfI) was developed to simplify and align individual retailer standards wherever possible.
The CDGfI synthesises inbound requirements from Woolworths, Coles & Metcash in many important areas, establishing a unified set of expectations across pallet quality, wrapping, labelling, carton quality, on time delivery, and more. Our intent is to continue expanding the scope of the CDGfI, where progressive alignment of retailers’ standards permits.
The TPF has developed an Industry Alignment Mark (see adjacent) that retailers have integrated into their own supplier standards documents, allowing suppliers to quickly identify areas where expectations are identical across Coles, Woolworths and Metcash. Expect to see use of the Industry Alignment Mark to expand as further areas are standardised and simplified.

PERFECT DELIVERY REPORT 2023 (APRIL 2024) & INFOGRAPHIC
The annual Perfect Delivery Report provides the findings from an extensive, qualitative survey of inbound delivery issues as reported by Woolworths, Coles and Metcash. Findings are presented across a range of measures (ranking frequency, trend and impact) and allow for prioritisation of corrective efforts. The report is also summarised into a two-page infographic.
